On 23rd September 2026, bowlers from Egham, Surrey paid a return visit to Calpe Bowls Club. In fact it was the third time that this group had made the trip to Spain to play bowls in the sunshine.
An excellent day was had by all and the air was filled with lots of laughter. It was great to have so many bowlers utilising the facilities and showcasing some good bowling.
After the bowling was out of the way, drinks were enjoyed in a relaxed environment (and yes, they drank us out of beer!).
We then enjoyed a lunch together in the cafe on site.
